This newly renovated 1928 Tudor home at 5335 N Park Ave. in Indianapolis has gone viral after a realtor in Indianapolis posted a walkthrough of the home on TikTok.

At the time of publication, the video has over 910,800 views and that number continues to grow.

The house is a lot larger than it looks. The 3,372 square foot, four bedroom, three full bathroom home is a single-family residence with a finished basement and an oversized two-car garage.

According to the listing, the kitchen and dining area includes a 10-foot eat-in island and a wet bar that walks out to a 25-foot by 12-foot paver patio. The large sliding doors and windows in the kitchen allow for vast natural light to fill up the dining area.

Even though the home is fully renovated much of the charm of the home was preserved. The realtor, Sean Mullins with Exp Realty, describes the home as “Designed and restored to allow contemporary living and celebrate the period detail of the home.”

Some of the more unique features of the home include the built-in library and the rounded top front door that looks like it came straight out of a fairytale.

“I love the restored period piece front door and renovated original red oak hardwoods with threaded in matching red oak flooring in the new addition on both floors,” Mullins said.

The home was listed on Oct. 7, 2023, and is currently priced at $850,000. MIBOR and Zillow are the best places to find more information on this home.
